Maybe I’m not understanding eARC correctly. I bought a Q90 tv and also the HW Q90R soundbar. Samsung has promised a firmware update for EARC, which has not occurred yet. It might happen in May is the last I have heard. Allowing for lossless Dolby Atmos audio would be a great enhancement for a soundbar that was one of the top available in the consumer market.

I have the CX and Q90T and with the Samsung HW q80r sound bar I can pass all lossless via eARC on the CX including multi channel PCM from PS4 PRO but i cannot using the Q90T tv which is the issue. It is not the soundbar and not the LG CX as it works perfect with eARC the issue is the damm Samsung Q90t tv.
